By accessing this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service, the Research Waiver, the Privacy Policy and the Shipping and Refund policies. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products. We may update these terms at any time; the version posted at the time of your order governs that order.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age, a qualified researcher, or represent a legitimate research institution, laboratory, or business to use or make purchases from this website. By ordering you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the training, equipment and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.
03Research use only — no human or animal use
All products sold by Patriot Labs are intended solely for in-vitro research, laboratory analysis, and educational purposes. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, topical application, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application, and are not drugs, cosmetics, foods, or dietary supplements. Product descriptions summarize published research and are not claims about efficacy, safety, or any use in a living organism. Misuse is strictly prohibited and is a material breach of this agreement.
The buyer agrees not to: (a) consume, inject, or administer any product to any person or animal; (b) use any product for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes; (c) resell or distribute products for any non-research purpose; (d) misrepresent the nature of the products to any third party; or (e) purchase on behalf of anyone who would not themselves be eligible.
04Right to refuse
We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including any order we suspect is intended for a non-research use, and any order that fails identity, address, or payment verification. Refused orders are refunded in full.
05Product information, testing and certificates
Every production lot is tested by an independent laboratory for purity (HPLC) and identity (mass spectrometry). Certificates of analysis document laboratory testing of a batch; they are not evidence of suitability for any use in a living organism. Images are renders of the product as shipped; minor variation in label printing, cap color or vial size may occur.
06Pricing, orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price charged. Quantity discounts are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. An order is accepted only when we ship it. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, including after an order is placed, in which case you may cancel for a full refund.
07Shipping and risk of loss
We ship within the United States only. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. Claims for damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. See the Shipping Policy.
08Disclaimer of warranties
PRODUCTS AND THIS WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10Indemnification

12Electronic signature
Checking the acknowledgement at checkout and completing a purchase constitutes your electronic signature and binding acceptance of these Terms and the Research Waiver, with the same force as a handwritten signature.
