01Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 pm Mountain Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
02Rates
Standard shipping (2–5 business days) is $9.99 and free on orders over $200. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is $19.99. Rates are shown at checkout before payment.
03Packaging
Lyophilized vials ship sealed, in foam, with a cold pack, inside a plain unbranded box. The packing slip lists the products and their certificate numbers. Nothing on the outside of the parcel identifies the contents.
04Where we ship
United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes via USPS. We do not ship internationally, to freight forwarders, or to addresses we cannot verify.
05Delays, loss and damage
Carrier delays after dispatch are outside our control, but we will help chase any parcel. Parcels marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs; see the Refund Policy.
06Storage on arrival
Move lyophilized vials to a −20 °C freezer, protected from light, as soon as they arrive. Short exposure to ambient temperature in transit does not affect lyophilized peptides.
